Strawberry Dream Milkshake IPA
I Can’t Believe It’s Not Unicorn leaps in with an aroma of fresh strawberries and strawberry candies. A little white wine and subtle tropical fruit waft gently underneath. Special added ingredients of strawberry puree and housemade vanilla extract balance well with the Strata and Belma hops. It pours a golden straw colour, and greets the tongue with even more strawberry, light stone fruit, and a soft evergreen resin with just a hint of lime. The addition of lactose and the malt mash of 2-row, Oats, Origin Sweet, and Acidulated Malt helps make each mouthful smooth, mellow, and creamy. Start believing that all your strawberry dreams can come true with this perfect catch of a Milkshake IPA.

Every good person knows that beer and milkshakes just don’t mix. The acidity in beer doesn’t play nice with milk. So what in the unicorn is a Milkshake IPA? It is a hazy IPA remix that is smooth and delightful and packed with fruit flavour. The milkshake part of the IPA gives the brewer permission to draw inspiration from the culinary world. The brewers use lactose (fermented milk sugar) to create a smooth and delightful texture like a stout, and the added fruit puree is injected to give a candied sweetness to the beer.
The result is a magical blend of childhood treat meets adult beverage. This mystical fantasy where the love affair of milkshake and beer can come true.
