TASTING NOTES:
Short & Stout – Peppermint Tea Stout
ABV 5.2%
Dark and roasty with slight menthol earthy notes. Tannins from the tea are noticeable and bring out the complexity of the specialty malts in the beer. The only beer you should be drinking on St. Paddy’s Day!
Stouty McStouty Face – Dry Irish Stout
ABV 3.9%
A Dry Irish Stout which has a dry-roasted character thanks to the use of roasted barley. The emphasis on coffee-like roasted barley and a moderate degree of roasted malt aromas define much of the character. This beer will be dispensed via nitrogen which will lend a smooth, creamy body to the palate. While the bitterness of the hops do not take a leading role, there is a subtle bitter taste, balanced by the creaminess.
Updog – Tiramisu Dessert Stout
ABV: 6.8%
SRM: 42 IBU: 25
What’s Updog, you ask? Well let me tell you. Updog is a Tiramisu dessert stout. And the cheesiest part of this beer isn’t the name, it’s the creamy marscapone cheese fat wash. It’s full dad-bodied and loaded with coffee. If you’re thirsty, this beer will have you groaning with pleasure while it responds “Hi thirsty, I’m Updog”. And that’s what makes Updog the Top Dog.*Contains Lactose

Double Stuffed – Oatmeal Stout
ABV 5%
I hope you like chocolate, a lot of chocolate. Double stuffed with extra light chocolate on the nose and darker bitter chocolate malt flavors on the pallet, which is not surprising when 2 full boxes of oreos went into the beer.
Odd One Out – White Stout
ABV 5.8%
This stout does not look like the others; in fact she looks nothing like the others. This beer is not dark in color and all of its flavour comes from special top secret beer additions. So secret that you’d NEVER guess that it’s coffee and cinnamon. This stout is one big mystery and I hope that even though it is the Odd One Out, that it found the right place in your heart.
