As part of our ongoing commitment to providing the highest quality beverages, we are voluntarily recalling all batches of Peach Troubled Tea due to isolated quality concerns. While there is no health risk, we have identified that some cans may ferment unexpectedly, which could compromise the integrity of the packaging and affect the product’s taste.
At Troubled Monk, our dedication to excellence means we stand behind every product we create. This recall is a proactive measure to ensure that every customer continues to experience the best from us. We deeply value your trust and understanding as we work through this.
For Consumers:
If you have purchased Peach Troubled Tea, we ask that you do not open the product and return it as soon as possible. While there are no health risks, the product may not meet our high-quality standards, and leaving it unused could lead to packaging malfunctions including rupturing. Please don’t leave it sitting—bring it back for a refund or exchange.
How to Get a Refund or Exchange:
- Refunds for Unopened Cans: Return any unopened cans of Peach Troubled Tea to your retailer for a full refund. This applies even to partial 6-packs.
- Exchange Option: You can also exchange the product for another Troubled Monk product of equal value exclusively at the Troubled Monk Taproom (5551 45 St, Red Deer, AB)
- No Receipt? No Problem: Refunds will still be issued even without a receipt. The refund amount will be based on the seller’s rate.

We kindly request that all licensees immediately discontinue the sale of Peach Troubled Tea and remove it from shelves. Our team is here to support you with the return process, and all impacted products will be fully refunded.
Steps to Take:
- Remove All Stock: Please remove all batches of Peach Troubled Tea from your shelves and storage.
- Return Process: Check your inbox for instructions on returning the product and receiving your full refund or contact your sales representative for help with this process.
- Post Recall Notice: Please display our recall poster [linked here] prominently at your location and accept all returns from consumers.
Note: If you purchased Peach Troubled Tea through a third party, you are still eligible for a refund. Please follow the same process outlined above.
