Tasting Notes
A rocky white head sits atop the slightly hazy, straw yellow beer and leaves a nice lacing on the glass. The aroma is lemon and orange citrus with lots of tropical fruit including notes of coconut and pineapple. Some resinous pine can be found in the depths. The flavour mirrors the aroma but with the herbal and resinous flavours coming into the foreground with the coconut. The bitterness is assertive but doesn’t take over and leaves after a relatively short stay on the tongue. It is a nice counterpoint to the medium-full body and overall makes for a tasty IPA that is easy enough on the pallet you can gor for that second pint.
