Exceptional CRAFT Beers
Daycation Lager
The nose starts with a hint of that authentic lager bite and a light touch of lemon over a straw and bread biscuit malt base. The first sip is well carbonated and crisply refreshing. Flavours of lemon citrus and hay from the hops roll over a light malt presence including just a little sweet corn.
Grace & Grit (Women’s Brew)
A hazy blonde ale brewed with a smooth malt backbone and elevated by a bright, citrus-forward finish, balanced to perfection. This beer is approachable, complex and quietly powerful, much like the women who inspired it. An easy-drinking beer crafted to be shared on patios while celebrating the spirit and strength of our prairie ladies.
Open Road American Brown Ale
Upon its release, Open Road brought home Silver in the World Beer Cup in Philadelphia for American Brown Ales. This beer really brings things all together: malt and hops, balancing flavours similar to roasting coffee. Residual sugars that weren’t broken down by the yeast during fermentation give it a sweeter taste like Snickers in a glass—nutty and chocolaty. Open Road is for those looking for something a little darker and malt-forward. Pumpernickel bread and raisins dominate the palate but finish with chocolate, while the hops lend just a hint of citrus and pine to balance out the sweetness of this easy-drinking dark beer.
Pesky Pig Pale Ale
Malts quietly tame the bitterness of hops to let the hop flavour dominate in a crisp, citrusy pale ale. Pesky Pig starts with the fresh flavour of grapefruit and finishes with undertones of papaya and tropical fruits. Its subdued bitterness makes it easy to drink and the perfect choice for lighter meals.
Juicy Gossip NEIPA
Mostly clear, though it may have a slight haze, with a fine white head. This golden hued beer greets the nose with a mix of tropical fruit and herbacious hop notes that include candied lemons, juicy fruit gum and a hint of wintergreen. The first sip reveals that it is hop forward with a fairly soft mouthfeel and a bitterness that only really asserts itself in the finish. Tropical fruits again dominate the flavour with a some orange citrus, piney and resinous hop character towards the end.
Rebels Red
It pours a copper/amber colour with an aged ivory head that slowly dissipates leaving a nice lacing on the glass. The aroma is of whole grain crackers, bread crust and a slight note of lemon-orange marmalade. Light caramel malt flavours mingle with earthy and orange citrus hops to render a refreshing and easy drinking ale for any season. Very subtle chocolate and even coffee aromas give a little punch in complexity without dominating the palate.
Foeder Aged – Disorder of the Monk
Disorder of the Monk pours straw yellow and crystal clear, with a soft white head that disappears cleanly. The aroma opens with apple cider, fresh bread, and a faint leathery earthiness. Light-bodied and softly carbonated, it sips crisp and refreshing. Ready to enjoy on its own, or with a traditional splash of syrup for added colour and lift.
Bright. Restrained. Meant to carry tradition.
This isn’t just a new beer, it’s a different kind of expression.
Crafted with intention. Shaped by patience. Finished by the foeder.Available exclusively in the taproom.
Barrel Aged Open Road
Barrel-Aged Open Road pours deep brown with ruby highlights and an aged ivory head. It’s bold, familiar, and layered with intent—every sip a nod to the journey that started it all. Vanilla, chocolate, and coffee lead the way, softened by coconut and kissed with dark fruit. What began as an award-winning brown ale has matured into something richer, rounder, and profoundly patient.
Smooth. Complex. Meant to linger.
This isn’t just a comeback, it’s a reunion.
From beer to whisky and back again, this road comes full circle.Available exclusively in the taproom.
Hook, Line & Sinker
In the glass, a frothy white head tops a pale, golden lager. The aroma is delicate, with soft notes of doughy malt and a subtle herbal edge. Light-bodied and crisp, it opens with a gentle bready sweetness before giving way to bright, herbal hops and a hint of dill from Sorachi Ace. Clean, snappy, and undeniably refreshing — this laid-back crusher is made for sunny days and long weekends.
Well-Oiled Machine
Easygoing and tuned for trouble, Well-Oiled Machine is a hefeweizen that hums with notes of banana, clove, and a whisper of citrus. Light-bodied with a creamy finish, this kind of beer keeps the conversation flowing and the gears turning. It is ideal for mid-project beers, sunset hood chats, or tuning up your playlist while the engine cools.
Bold Move
In the glass, a creamy tan head sits atop a deep amber-brown beer. The aroma gives hints of chocolate, caramel and well toasted bread. Rich flavours of dark toffee, caramel, prune, fig and hints of molasses balance nicely with a toasted bread crust and cereal grain backend the finish with a smooth alcohol warming. This bold, well balanced beer will leave you reaching for another on a cool autumn evening.
Never Gets Old
The aroma is of low to medium malt sweetness and hints of caramelization. The liquid is deep brown with an off-white head. Malt is the primary flavour that creates a balance of sweet and bitter. The taste is subtly roasted with hints of fruitiness. It finishes satisfactorily, with an abrupt dryness leaving you wanting more. This brew has a medium body mouthfeel with low carbonation, almost creamy-like.
